The Vladimir Region Administration is holding negotiations with one Indian company to localize the production of bandage rolls and adhesive plaster, according to Svetlana Orlova, the Governor of the Vladimir Region.
"We are now discussing a major programme involving the Hindus who will possibly invest. This is a healthcare project that will produce bandage rolls, adhesive plaster, etc.," she said but refused to voice the name of the company. According to Governor Orlova, the production may be localized in Kameshkovo, an industry based town.
