Japanese to erect battery factory in Primorye

Advanced Material Japan Corporation, Japan, is going to construct a factory that will assemble and manufacture car batteries in the Primorye Territory. Hakamura Sigeo, a co-owner of the foreign company is confident that the investor's products will be of demand given a great number of cars available in the Russian Far East.

According to a representative of Advanced Material Japan Corporation, nowadays, the company's plants operate in central constituent entities of the Russian Federation; however, it is economically unreasonable to supply assembled batteries to Far East regions. In this connection, the Japanese investor plans to erect facilities to deal with the assembling and manufacturing of new batteries in the Far East Federal District, in particular, in Primorye.

According to the regional administration, the government is ready to provide the Japanese party with all necessary support.
