Dagestan and Chinese investors sign cooperation agreement

On the 9th of August, the city of Makhachkala hosted a working meeting between Prime Minister of the Dagestan Government Abdusamad Gamidov and representatives of a delegation representing LLC ZTI-Svyaztekhnologii Corporation  (People's Republic of China) officially visiting the Republic of Dagestan.

On the 9th of August, the city of Makhachkala hosted a working meeting between Prime Minister of the Dagestan Government Abdusamad Gamidov and representatives of a delegation representing LLC ZTI-Svyaztekhnologii Corporation (People's Republic of China) officially visiting the Republic of Dagestan. The Chinese guests included Vice President of the Corporation Lee Xinshi and other representatives of Chinese businesses. The Dagestan party was represented at the meeting by the Republic of Dagestan's Vice Prime Minister Shamil Isaev, Minister of Industry and Trade Yusup Umavov, Director of the Entrepreneurship and Investments Agency Bashir Magomedov and other officials. In the course of the meeting, Dagestan's Prime Minister said that Dagestan would support the construction of two solar network power plants in the Republic. Mr. Gamidov also noted that the Dagestan Government wanted to have the company's investment and technological potential intensively engaged in Dagestan's economy assuring that the Dagestan party would make every possible step to arrange mutually beneficial partnership. The dialog ended with a ceremony devoted to the execution of a general cooperation agreement between the two parties. "Kaspiyskaya" and "Khunzakh-1", the solar power plants referred to above to be erected under the agreement, are aimed to supply eclectic power to the wholesale market. The capacity of each such power plant will be 5 MW.
