Chinese harvesters to be tested on Cherlak District's fields

Runyuan Industry has provided LLC Solyanoye (Cherlak) with two harvesters and a pickup baler for testing. The Omsk Ministry of Agriculture treats foreign machinery with caution before testing results are obtained. A delegation from the Chinese province called Shandong took part in this year's Agro-Omsk-2016 Exhibition for the first time. The machinery manufactured in China was unveiled by Shandong Runyuan Industry. During the exhibition, agreement was reached to test the machinery on the fields owned by LLC Solyanoye, Cherlak District. "Our agrarians, especially farmers, have taken interest as our machinery is not expensive. But we decided to carefully work with this company as there is no such machinery on the Russian fields so far. The first samples will arrive closer to September", Maksim Chekusov, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Supplies of the Omsk Region, is quoted as saying. A pickup baler and two harvesters will operate on Cherlak's fields: a grain combine harvester and a forage combine harvester. The results of the tests will be summarized in late September to be followed by the Ministry of Agriculture's decision whether such machinery should be recommended to Omsk-based agrarians.
