Avtodor State Company has executed a cooperation agreement with Shandong High-Speed to construct high-speed roads in Russia. The cooperation contemplates that one of the Chinese largest road construction companies will participate in the equities of Russian infrastructural projects.

Avtodor State Company has executed a cooperation agreement with Shandong High-Speed to construct high-speed roads in Russia. The cooperation contemplates that one of the Chinese largest road construction companies will participate in the equities of Russian infrastructural projects.


The parties have agreed to establish a team to be in charge of selecting projects for cooperation relating to road construction in Russia. The key provisions of the memorandum cover financing options available for joint projects, including the scope and form of financing and sources for refunding investments. The parties will also determine general risk distribution approaches.


Shandong Hi-Speed Group is owned by the Government of Shandong province, China. This is China's largest government-owned group of companies and a multi-industry investment construction group whose key areas of business include financing, construction and operation of high-speed toll motor roads. Shandong High-Speed Group is implementing infrastructural projects in 106 countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.
