Tula Rolling Mill (TMPZ) and Peri (Germany) having its own facility making cast formwork in Noginsk have entered into a strategic partnership agreement. Peri will become the exclusive supplier to deliver screw tighteners for TMPZ's production needs which will enable consumers to solve all issues relating to formwork systems on an integrated basis.
The companies intend to make joint efforts to boost sales and drive back cold cut thread screws in the market as they rank bellow the screws manufactured in Tula in strength by 1.5 to 2.2 times, according to TMPZ's report. Cooperation between Peri and TMPZ will continue to further develop. The parties are considering the possibility of jointly bringing TMPZ's screw tighteners to external markets. Peri's extensive branch network (covering 68 countries) will make it possible to expand sales geography.
