Vladivostok will feature another contemporary hotel, whose construction is going to be funded by representatives of foreign businesses. Guests from Taiwan have visited a meeting arranged by the City Administration, according to the Mayor's Press Office.

The completion dates and site of the future residential and hotel facility are yet to be disclosed. Nevertheless, a working team has already been established whose members include representatives of KansCorp, a Taiwan group, and Vladivostok's administration. An agreement has been reached to promptly exchange necessary information and prepare documents requiring the approval of various authorities.

KansCorp is a major construction company. Its CEO, Gan Zianfu, has voiced his proposals to Igor Pushkarev, the Mayor of the Capital of Primorye. The meeting was also attended by Vice Mayor Alexey Litvinov, Director of the City Administration's International Relations and Tourism Department Alexey Kushnir, Director of the International Etiquette Unit Vitaly Eremenko, representatives of KansCorp and CEO of Primorye-based company called Stroyecotech Vladimir Tarabrin.
