The Russian and Chinese businessmen have discussed the progress of implementing the Russian and Chinese co-investment project on assembling cars using SINOTRUK's components and know-how. This discussion has resulted in reaching specific agreements on the project.
More specifically, a letter of intent has been signed between SINOTRUK, LLC Far-Eastern Road and Construction Company and LLC AmurStroyTekhinka. A memorandum of understanding has also been signed between the Agency for Investments and Development of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and SINOTRUK.
