Kuban to host foreign agricultural attaches

On the 6th of April, a delegation of agricultural attaches from 21 countries will arrive at the Krasnodar Territory on a 3 days visit. The main goal of the visit is to familiarize with Kuban's agricultural sector.

On the 6^th of April, a delegation of agricultural attaches from 21 countries will arrive at the Krasnodar Territory on a 3 days visit. The main goal of the visit is to familiarize with Kuban's agricultural sector.

The list of the delegation's members includes directors of agricultural units belonging to the Embassies of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Representation of the European Union, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Great Britain and Sweden.

The attaches will take part in a meeting to be held with Kuban's Vice Governor Andrei Korobka and KLAAS's management in Krasnodar, visit Nestlé’s factory and Kuban confectionery factory in Timashevsk and familiarize themselves with the operation of Individual Entrepreneur Ilchenko's private farm in Novotitarovskaya. The visit will end with an excursion to Abrau Durso, a renowned plant producing Champaign wines.

The Krasnodar Territory has always been attractive for foreign investors. Kuban hosts Bonduek Kuban, a plant producing canned corn and green peas (costing EUR 40 million), and a Nestlé branded plant packing coffee products ($4.5 million of investments).
