International hotel chain Domina opens a hotel in the heart of Novosibirsk

The construction of an 11-storeyed hotel at the intersection of Dimitrov Prospect and Lenin Street started as early as in 2009. The opening ceremony was postponed several times and took place in February 2016. This is the second Russian hotel belonging to Domina chain. The first one was opened in Saint Petersburg in 2012.

The construction of an 11-storeyed hotel at the intersection of Dimitrov Prospect and Lenin Street started as early as in 2009. The opening ceremony was postponed several times and took place in February 2016. This is the second Russian hotel belonging to Domina chain. The first one was opened in Saint Petersburg in 2012.

The total area of the Novosibirsk hotel is 17,000 square meters. The total number of rooms available in the hotel is 218 including four comfortability categories ranging from standard rooms to suites. Furthermore, the hotel features a restaurant, lobby bar, interior garden, fitness center and conference room.

The Novosibirsk hotel is positioned as a 4-star 'business hotel' focusing on business travelers. Its room prices will depend on seasonal demands and room categories. Indicative initial prices range from RUB 5,000 per night for a double room.

The total amount invested in the construction of the Novosibirsk hotel is estimated at RUB 1.5 billion. Payback period for the investments is expected to be 10 years. The next hotel of Domina chain in Russia is planned to be opened in Kaliningrad in 2017.
