The Ural Works of Civil Aviation (Yekaterinburg) will supply H135 helicopter units to the French company Airbus Helicopters. The relevant agreement was executed in the course of the 21st session of the Russian-French Council on Economic, Financial, Industrial and Trade Matters (CEFIQ).
Airbus helicopters to be assembled by an Ural factory
The Ural Works of Civil Aviation (Yekaterinburg) will supply H135 helicopter units to the French company Airbus Helicopters. The relevant agreement was executed in the course of the 21st session of the Russian-French Council on Economic, Financial, Industrial and Trade Matters (CEFIQ).
Pursuant to the agreement, the Ural factory will supply four H135 helicopter units to Airbus Helicopters.
The Ural Works of Civil Aviation is a member of Oboronprom Corporation's Rostec (Russian Technologies Corporation). The factory repairs aircraft gas-turbine engines and their components, gas actuating units and main gear boxes designed for helicopters developed by Mil and Kamov design bureaus.
