Hungarian company “Gedeon Richter” which has vast experience of operation in the world pharmaceutical market was awarded with “Priority 2015” for successful development of business in the Russian Federation.
“Gedeon Richter” manufactures pharmaceutical production and conducts research in this field. In 1996 Hungarian company opened its pharmaceutical plant on the territory of Russia. Since 2010 Russian enterprise of the Hungarian company has been participating in the project “Pharma-2020”, according to which Russian pharmaceutics producers should provide about 80% of the country’s market with domestic production. For this purpose the plant management has decided to expand its production facilities this year.
It is worth mentioning that volume of company’s investments into the development of the Russian facility since 2000 has made up about USD100 million.
