Joint Company “Kamchatskiy Region Development Corporation” submitted a concept for construction of an international class yacht port in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. Project costs are not specified.

Joint Company “Kamchatskiy Region Development Corporation” submitted a concept for construction of an international class yacht port in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. Project costs are not specified.


Developers plan to locate a new object on the territory of ex-ship repair facility “Freza” in the center of Petropavlovsk.


According to the developers plans the yacht port will gain an international status. A parking lot for 150 cars, facilities to maintain and repair small vessels, comfortable pier with a cascade of fountains –all these shall be located on its territory. Kamchatka citizens and guests of the peninsular will be able to take sea trips therefrom.


Besides that it is also planned to build a large exposition center where key events of Petropavlovsk economic and cultural life will be held.


“At the moment we are ready to provide all the interested parties and institutions with the full set of documents related to our concept. We believe that investors will come soon” – told in the region’s development corporation.
