Meeting of the representatives of Danish and Russian energy producers took place in Khabarovsk, where the parties discussed possibilities for mutually beneficial cooperation. Foreign delegation was headed by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Russian Federation Thomas Winkler. European businessmen spoke about output goods, applied technologies and pricing policy.


“Heat-power engineering can become one of the prospective fields of cooperation, where Denmark occupies the leading positions not only in Eurozone but in the world as well – mentioned in course of the meeting deputy chairman of the territory’s government responsible for fuel and energy complex and municipal housing economy Anatoliy Litvinchuk. – Annual heat consumption per 1 sq. m in Khabarovsk Territory districts by 30-50% exceeds consumption in moderate climate areas of the country. Energy-saving technologies are actively implemented all over the territory and Denmark has accumulated considerable experience in this field”.


Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Russian Federation Thomas Winkler emphasized that the majority of companies present already have their own facilities in Russia. Therefore there will be no problem to set close business relations with partners from Khabarovsk.
