A European company planning to build ceramic tile and sanitary wares plant in the Region has become a resident of export-processing zone "Titanium valley". MEDT of Russia Expert Council approved integration of "Rovese Invest" ("Rovese Rus" subsidiary) into the list of residents.
Under the project the resident and the management company have already located the site of 30ha; relevant infrastructure has been laid on (gas-distributing system, electric network, water supply). Construction investments are accessed to make up RUR 5.7 bln. Start of construction works is planned for Q2, 2016. Estimated construction period - 2 years. The company intends to reach a planned capacity in the beginning of 2018. In addition, export-processing zone "Titanium valley" shall provide railway service under an agreement. Railway lines are required by the resident to supply raw materials and dispatch finished products.
