“YIT DON”, a subsidiary company of YIT Group, will construct a residential compound at Beregovaya Street in the center of Rostov. The project has already been included in the register of top-priority investment projects of the Kirovsky District of the city. During the project implementation, the local authorities will provide support for the investors, reports the press-service of Rostov administration.

The project includes the construction of 19- and 8-storey buildings, three-level parking for 156 vehicles and fitness center. The compound will contain 227 apartments and several office units. The volume of investments has not yet been disclosed. According to the company, the construction is to start in the fourth quarter of 2015 and to be completed in 2017.

“YIT DON” is a Russian-Finnish company established by Finnish YIT Group in June 2017 in Rostov. The company has built several residential compounds in Rostov, including “Aelita”, “Zapadnaya Zvezda”, “Molodezhny”.
