In five years, a new cottage settlement will appear in the Dinsky district of the Krasnodar region. The construction will be financed by Italian real-estate developer.
The investor has already had a meeting with the municipal authorities, concerning the project details and the amount of investments. The financing will reach approximately 2.38 billion rubles; the area of the cottage settlement will be more than 45 ha.
At the moment, the real-estate company works at the design estimate documentation and develops the engineering infrastructure. The construction is planned to start in the near future.
