The project on medical expendables production was a subject of negotiations held on 15 October between Oleg Korolev, the Head of the Lipetsk Region, and the delegation of British company Andam Global Development.

As Dora Andam, the president of Andam Global Development, announced at the meeting, the company plans to implement in Russia an ambitious investment project in the area of medical expendables and equipment. The investor considers the Lipetsk Region to be the best location for his aims.

Abel Aganbegyan, academician of the Russian Academy of Science, who took a part in negotiations, noted that the announced project is crucial not only for the region, but also for the whole country. He said that the Lipetsk region will have its own laboratory for exploring and integrating new global technologies in Russian health care.

Andam Global Development is a subsidiary company of international investment development company Andam Holding.
