Chinese company will invest $400 million in agroindustrial park construction in St. Petersburg

“Agropolos Northwest”, LLC (affiliate company of Moscow “S-Fruit Alliance”, LLC) has signed a general contractor agreement with Chinese metallurgic corporation ”Zhengyi” (MIC-Zhengyi Group) for construction of wholesale distribution agricultural center in Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg

“Agropolos Northwest”, LLC (affiliate company of Moscow “S-Fruit Alliance”, LLC) has signed a general contractor agreement with Chinese metallurgic corporation ”Zhengyi” (MIC-Zhengyi Group) for construction of wholesale distribution agricultural center in Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg, reports press-service of municipal investment committee.


According to the contract, companies plan to implement the project within 5 years in three stages. The total amount of investment, invited by Chinese company, will reach $400 million. Chinese company should design a project, accomplish building, installation and start-up works, conduct integration tests and put the object into operation. “Zhengyi” also will repair and service the equipment and train engineering and operating personnel of future logistic center.
