The Export Promotion Center of Kirov Region

The Export Promotion Center of Kirov Region is an independent non-profit organization.

Founders:

- The Government of Kirov Region.

- The Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Goals and objectives of the Center:

providing small and medium-sized business of Kirov Region with cost- free information analysis and consulting, assisting companies with entering foreign markets.

The activity of the Center is supported by the budget of the Kirov region within the frame of the regional target-oriented program «Support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Kirov region» for 2010-2014.

Types of activity (services):

- Informational support of participants of foreign-economic activity.

- Consulting support of participants of foreign-economic activity.

- Organization of meetings and negotiations with foreign partners.

Informational support of participants of foreign-economic activity::

- Promotion of Kirov region export-oriented companies on Russian and foreign web sites.

- Starting up and developing of a regional export promotion web site.

- Matching with foreign business agencies, searching for business partners and foreign investors for the regional companies.

- Publishing and dispatching of Kirov region exporters’ presentations (printed and electronic forms).

- Preparing of foreign markets surveys, as also surveys of foreign business activities.

- Holding of seminars on challenging issues of foreign-economic activity.

Consulting support of participants of foreign-economic activity::

- Legal consulting on foreign-economic activity issues and customs regulations.

- Preparation and evaluation of documents in order to start-up enterprises with foreign investments and overseas subsidiaries.

- Translating business letters, commercial and juridical documents, advertisements, scientific and associated documents from foreign languages and to foreign languages.

- Organization of meetings and negotiations with foreign partners:

- Organization of business missions- organized tours for entrepreneurs of the region to negotiate with foreign partners.

- Organization of participations of Kirov enterprises in international exhibitions.;

- Meeting foreign entrepreneurs’ delegations.

All the services provided by the Export Promotion Center are free of charge.
