Russian Federation's imports of headgear and parts thereof (65 HS Code) in 2015


In 2015 the volume of imported headgear and parts thereof (65 HS Code) volume decreased by 39% and reached 111.8 million USD compared to 182.6 million USD in 2014 (see Figure 1).


Russian Federation's imports represent 2.13% of world imports for this product. Its ranking in world imports is 11.

2015 showed a large rise in Russian imports of head-bands, linings, covers, etc, for headgear (+11%). At the same time the imports of hat-forms, hat bodies; plateaux and manchons of felt (-62%) showed a significant fall (see Table 1, Figure 2).

The main exporters supplying headgear and parts thereof to the Russian Federation in 2015 were: China, Italy, Taipei, Chinese, Germany, Sri Lanka.


2015 showed a significant rise in Russian imports from Uzbekistan (+46%). At the same time the imports from Poland (-74%) showed a significant fall (see Table 2, Figure 3).

EXPORTS FROM RUSSIA


In 2015 volume of exported headgear and parts thereof (65 HS Code) decreased by 15% and reached 11.4 million USD compared to 13.4 million USD in 2014 (see Figure 4).
