Tunisian -Russian Bilateral Trade in 2015


In 2015 Tunisian-Russian bilateral trade volume increased by 56% and reached 1.07 billion USD compared to 0.68 billion USD in 2014.


Tunisian exports to Russia fell to 0.03 billion USD (by 14%) while imports rose to 1.04 billion USD (by 59%) (see Figure 1).

Tunisian exports to Russia


Tunisia primarily exports to Russia the following products (see Figure 2, Table 1):




In 2015 the imports of Tunisian made products in Russia experienced a significant rise. The imports of tomatoes rise by 1108%; the imports of vegetables, fresh or chilled - by 656%.

Russian exports to Tunisia


In 2015 Russia has exported to Tunisia the following products (see Figure 3, Table 2):




2015 showed a significant rise in Russian exports to Tunisia of barley (+410%). At the same time the exports of wheat and meslin (-59%) showed a significant fall (see Table 2).
