Pakistani-Russian Bilateral Trade in 2015


In 2015 Pakistani-Russian bilateral trade volume decreased by 13% and reached 395 million USD compared to 453 million USD in 2014.

Pakistani exports to Russia fell to 298 million USD (by 4%) while imports fell to 96 million USD (by 33%) (see Figure 1).

Pakistani exports to Russia


Pakistan primarily exports to Russia the following products (see Figure 2, Table 1):


In 2015 the imports of Pakistani made products in Russia experienced a significant rise. The imports of edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers rise by 1843%; the imports of cereals- by 110%.

Russian exports to Pakistan


In 2015 Russia has exported to Pakistan the following products (see Figure 3, Table 2):


2015 showed a significant rise in Russian exports to Pakistan of coffee, tea, mate and spices (+988%). At the same time the exports of cereals (-97%) showed a significant fall (see Table 2).
