In the first quarter of 2019 Russia’s export to the Cyprus had a 2.3-fold increase compared to the same period of 2018 and reached $297 mln.
In this period Russia exported to Cyprus mostly oils and other products of the distillation of high temperature coal tar (a 6-fold increase), bituminous coal (a 18-fold increase), petroleum oils and oils from bituminous minerals (not crude) (-34%), tugs and pusher craft (not exported in the first quarter of 2018), ethers, ether-alcohols, ether-phenols, ether-alcohol-phenols, alcohol peroxides, ether peroxides, ketone peroxides (not exported in the first quarter of 2018), unwrought aluminum (a 2-fold increase), wheat and meslin (a 3-fold increase). These products accounted for 95% of Russia’s export supplies to Cyprus.
