Nowadays, the world economy requires greater state involvement to international investment flows to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the country. Therefore, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, given the best domestic and foreign experience, is currently developing a package of bills that will significantly increase the investment attractiveness of the country.
One of the key aims of the package of bills is to create completely clear, comfortable and transparent conditions for doing business. This aim could be achieved by removing administrative barriers, reducing the number of bureaucratic procedures, reducing the time for consideration of documents and providing various regulatory easing, including control and supervision and licensing activities.
In order to create the most favorable environment for doing business in the territory of Russia, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation invites potential investors to take part in the survey and to specify questionable aspects in the decision-making process for the implementation the investment project in Russia, what difficulties arise in its implementation, as well as what changes in legislation including regulatory easing could influence on your decision to invest in Russian economy.

In 2018 Russia’s export to Cuba increased by 38% compared to 2017 and amounted to $373 mln.
According to the Federal Customs Service of Russia, from January to April, 2019 Russia’s cosmetics export increased by 3% to $61 mln.
