Russia Imports Frozen Meat, Flowers and Coffee From Columbia

For the 11 months of 2018 Russia-Columbia trade turnover amounted to $385.5 mln and reduced by 22% compared to the same period of 2017.

As for the bilateral trade structure, Russia’s export to Columbia ($259.25 mln) was twice as much as its import ($126.25 mln)
The trade turnover decline was caused by the decrease of Russian export to Columbia (-33%), while Russia’s import from this country increased by 17%.
The main goods exported by Russia to Columbia included petroleum oils and oil products (50%), nitrogen fertilizers (14%), iron or non-alloy steel hot-rolled rods in irregularly wound coils (6%), and potash fertilizers (4%).
Columbia exported to Russia mostly frozen cattle meat (30%), fresh flowers (15%), coffee (14%), extracts, essences and concentrates of coffee (10%), and bananas (6%).
