From January to November, 2018 the Republic of Mordovia increased plywood export by 20% to $36.81 mln.
Mordovia’s plywood was exported to 40 countries, including the USA (24%), Lithuania (13.8%), Germany (10.8%), the Netherlands (8.3%), the United Kingdom (7.7%), Canada, the Republic of Korea and Italy (5.3% each).
Mordovia ranks 12th among Russian regions for plywood export and accounted for 3% of national plywood export volume.
