From January to July, 2018 Orel Region has exported to 21 countries 47.7 thous. tn of ceramic tile for the total amount of $17.98 mln.
Orel Region is the largest ceramic tile exporter in Russia, it has accounted for 43% of all country’s export of this production.
Among the largest importers of ceramic tile from Orel Region there are Kazakhstan (43%), Latvia (15%), Belarus (12%), Ukraine (7%), Kyrgyzstan and Armenia (5% each), the USA (4%). Besides, Orel Region has exported this production to Romania, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Moldavia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and other countries.
In addition to Orel Region, top 5 Russian ceramic tile exporters include Moscow Region (25%), Rostov Region (18%), Volgograd Region (6%) and Kaluga Region (3%).
