Iran’s Customs Administration reports that from March to July, 2018 Russia-Iran trade turnover in terms of value has increased by 130% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Bilateral trade turnover in terms of volume has grown by 34%.
According to the data of Iran’s Customs Administration, for this period Russia has become the 8th largest supplier of goods for the Islamic Republic of Iran. However Russia has lost some positions in Iran’s export destination ranking and ranked only 21st among largest importers of Iran’s goods.
From March to July, 2018 Russia has increased its export value to Iran by 168%, while Iran’s export growth in terms of value has amounted to 36%.
