Russia and Kyrgyzstan have agreed on increasing volume of Russian light oil products export to Kyrgyzstan.
The State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation have signed an amended indicative balance. The volume of duty-free diesel fuel supplies will increase by 150 thous. tn and motor gasoline – by 50 thous. tn due to the reduction of crude oil supplies to 50 thous. tn. Thus the indicative balance for 2018 will include 50 thous. tn of oil, 460 thous. tn of gasoline, 485 thous. tn of diesel fuel and 100 thous. tn of jet fuel.
Russia is the main supplier of oil products to Kyrgyzstan. According to the intergovernmental agreement, the Republic gets oil products on preferential terms.
