Russian companies are ready to supply equipment for thermal, nuclear and hydropower plants to Argentina.
"Russian manufacturers of power machine-building and electrical industry are currently viewing an opportunity to deepen cooperation with Argentina. In particular, Russian companies participate in tenders for delivery of Russian equipment for turbine rooms, hydro-mechanical equipment and auxiliary systems for Argentinian hydropower plants under construction and planned for upgrade. In case of interest of the Argentinian side, enterprises are ready to complete deliveries of steam turbines and boiler equipment for thermal power plants under construction and turbine units for new nuclear power plants," Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
It was reported earlier that Russian companies have been supplying turbines, components and power generation equipment for various facilities to Argentina since 2009.
