Where Russia Has Exported Electric Power In The First Half Of 2018 To?

For the first five months of 2018 Russia’s export of electric power has amounted to $218 mln in terms of value.

Compared to the same period of the previous year electric power export has decreased by 1.3% in terms of value and by 13.4% in terms of volume.

Russia has exported electric power to eleven countries. Finland has imported 42.9% ($93.62 mln) of all electric power imported by Russia. Lithuania has imported 23,1% ($50.37 mln), China has imported 17.5% ($38.15mln), Kazakhstan has imported 9.5% ($20.76 mln), and Mongolia has imported 3.4% ($7.45 mln). South Ossetia, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Norway have accounted for 3.6% ($7.8 mln).

The largest exporters of electric power among Russian regions have become Krasnodar Territory ($96.62 mln), Moscow city ($71.63 mln) and Amur Region ($45.6 mln), which together have accounted for 98.1% of national electric power export.
