For the first five months of 2018 Russia’s import of fresh grape has increased by 6% compared to the same period of the last year.
Russia has imported more than 73 thous. tn of fresh grape worth $111.6 mln.
From January to May, 2018 the main suppliers of fresh grape to Russia have been such countries as:
India (35.6%),
Chile (22%),
Moldova (12.7%),
Peru (9.9%),
Republic of South Africa (9.8%),
Argentina (2.8%),
Egypt (2.6%),
Turkey and China (1.9% each).
In 2017 Russia’s import of fresh grape amounted to $398.7 mln.
