Trade turnover between Russia and Hungary for the first three months of 2018 grew by 25%.
"Last year, the trade turnover grew by 25%, even slightly more, according to our data. This year it is also growing at the same rate in the first quarter," Russian President Vladimir Putin said, adding that the revenues of Hungarian partners working in the Russia market are also growing.
The president also stated that all major bilateral projects in the energy and nuclear energy sectors are being implemented as planned. Putin noted that Russia and Hungary are connected by diversified relations, and cooperation is developing not only in the fuel and energy complex, but also in the pharmaceuticals, machinery and other sectors of the economy.
