Russia imported 154,000 tons of fresh tomatoes to $187.72m from more than 20 countries in the first quarter of 2018.
The largest supplier was Morocco, which exported to $65.57m and accounted for 35% of the total.
Other suppliers included China ($37.98m), Azerbaijan ($22.95m), Iran ($17.52m), and Turkey ($12.93m), together accounting for 84% of Russia’s imports in the first quarter.
