The exports of perfumes and eau de cologne manufactured in Krasnodar Territory stood at $1.2m in 2017 — more than four hundred (400) times than the previous year.
As a result, the territory in the South of the European part of Russia moved from the 26th to the 4th place on the list of Russian perfume and EDC exporters. Krasnodar’s exports made only 1.7% of the national total, but its still the fourth after the traditional leaders: Moscow, which accounted for 66% of Russia’s exports last year, Moscow Region (26.4%) and Smolensk Region (2.6%).
Russia exported perfumes and EDC to $69.6m in 2017 — a 38% increase on the previous year. It exported to Belarus, which accounted for 81% of the Russian exports, Ukraine (16%), Abkhazia (3%), Armenia and Kazakhstan (the latter imported 95% of Krasnodar perfumes).
