Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East (HCFE) launched the contest of ideas and projects called The Far Eastern Hectare. The authors of the best ideas for the development of free land plots in each of the five contest nominations will receive 100 000 roubles and the opportunity to present their projects to investors at the IV Eastern Economic Forum, which will take place in Vladivostok on 11-13 September.
“We are hosting this event for the third time but unlike the previous years when we were looking for unusual ideas, this time we will nominate more practical projects”, said Valentin Timakov, Head of the HCFE.
The contest is held with the support of the Ministry of Development of Russian Far East and will continue until 15 July. The results will be announced in early August. The winners in the following nominations will be awarded: The Best Implemented/On-going Project, The Best Idea for Collaborative Development, The Best Investment Hectare Project, The Most Unusual Idea and the Best Business Plan.
