Tatarstan Ketchup Exports Reach $6.1m

Tatarstan, a Turkic-speaking constituent republic of Russian Federation on the Volga, increased its exports of ketchup to $6.1 million in 2017, accounting for a third of Russia’s total exports of the product last year.

Tatarstan, which exported more bottled ketchup last year than Lithuania, Serbia, Greece, Argentine, Brazil, South Korea, Switzerland and Estonia, sold its sauce to 22 countries in 2017, including China, Germany, United States, Bulgaria, Israel and Ukraine.
