Calcinated soda exports from the Crimea rose to a total of 43,900 tons worth $6 million in 2017, according to official Russian customs statistics.
Calcinated soda accounts for 20% of the peninsula’s total exports.
The leading importers of Crimean calcinated soda in 2017 were Egypt (55%), India (39%), Bangladesh (4%), and Nepal, Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine sharing 2.5% among them.
According to the Russian Customs Service, annual oil supplies from Russia to China has amounted to 52.6 mln tonnes. Rosneft accounts for 75% of oil supplies.
