The international congress center Hyatt Regency Rostov Don-Plaza will be commissioned until December 31, 2017. This was announced by representatives of the international hotel operator Hyatt and owners of the Hyatt Regency Rostov Don-Plaza MCC at the end of the working meeting held on August 4. The construction readiness of the object is 85%, the number of rooms is 95%. During the meeting, a protocol was signed that regulates the stages of completion of the construction of the facility and its commissioning.
The construction site was visited by Vice President for Real Estate and Development of Hyatt International Group Takuya Aoyama and Head of Hyatt International Technical Services Robin Hinduya. They noted the resumption of active construction works at the facility, confirmed the interest of the presence of the international hotel operator Hyatt in Rostov-on-Don.
"The launch of this project is important for the region, first of all in preparation for the World Cup," said Yury Molodchenko, Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region, commenting on the results of the meeting.
During the working visit, the representatives of the international hotel operator Hyatt and representatives of hotel owners discussed the design solutions previously adopted by Hyatt consultants and operators, as well as practical issues related to the harmonization of the used finishing materials that meet the operator's standards.
For reference. Five-star hotel complex Hyatt Regency Rostov Don-Plaza includes 188 rooms, 12 congress halls, shopping gallery, spa, restaurants, business center. The complex will also have a 25-meter swimming pool, a summer terrace for sports, and car parks for 223 seats will be located on three levels. The total area of the complex is almost 64 thousand square meters. The capacity of the project is 400,000 hotel guests, event attendees and a shopping gallery per year.
