Andrei Murga, the Minister of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory, and Yury Stetsenko, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Berlin, have met with representatives of German businesses.

Andrei Murga delivered a speech as part of the panel discussion whose topic was "Ways for a German business to find a reliable partner to arrange production in Russia", which was also attended by Matthias Schepp, the Chairman of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce's Executive Board, Stefan Leopold, the CEO of SG Industries, and Gerhard Eschenbaum, the Director of Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Trade's Foreign Trade Department.

General Director of Stavropol Territory Development Corporation Zaur Abdurakhimov emphasized: "In the course of the meeting, we showed how potential facilities hosted by our region can be attractive. Investment sites to be used as industrial parks provided with access to utilities constitute a top advantage for investors when selecting a region. Currently, there are 12 industrial parks created in the Territory hosting 22 residents. Their enterprises specialize in the manufacturing of construction materials, metallurgy, logistics, food production and agriculture."
