Iranian investors are now considering potential sites for building greenhouses to grow flowers to be subsequently sold in Russia.
According to Governor Alexander Zhilin of the Astrakhan Region, Iranian flowers are highly competitive with and even better than Dutch flowers. The specialists grow tulips, roses, carnations, fritillaries, irises, hyacinths and orchids.
The name of the Iranian company to deal with flower growing will be disclosed only after all appropriate documents are executed and documents for the land plot are perfected.
