Kuban Region to start cooperation with Swiss Canton of Ticino
The Kuban Region and Swiss Canton of Ticino intend to cooperate in agriculture, industry, economy, resort business, culture, science and education. Governor Veniamin Kondratiyev of the Krasnodar Territory has signed a letter of intent in Switzerland, according to the Kuban Administration's home page.
On the 20th of October, the Krasnodar Territory executed a cooperation agreement with the Swiss Canton of Ticino. The ceremony took place in Berne in the presence of Valentina Matviyenko, the Chairperson of the Federation Council.

Veniamin Kondratiyev noted that Kuban was among leading Russian regions in terms of attracted foreign investments.
