Chinese investors settle down to Uzlovaya Industrial Park

LLC HMMR, a subsidiary of Great Wall Motors, has obtained an expert's report and construction permit for Uzlovaya Industrial Park in the Tula Region. This was discussed at a working meeting held between Oleg Lipatov, the CEO of the Tula Region Development Corporation, and Chzhan Xiunsiye, the CEO of LLC HMMR

LLC HMMR, a subsidiary of Great Wall Motors, has obtained an expert's report and construction permit for Uzlovaya Industrial Park in the Tula Region. This was discussed at a working meeting held between Oleg Lipatov, the CEO of the Tula Region Development Corporation, and Chzhan Xiunsiye, the CEO of LLC HMMR.


Great Wall Motors is the largest resident of Uzlovaya Industrial Park. The company is constructing an automotive plant there to manufacture Haval branded off-roaders.


Chzhan Xiunsiye told about the investment project's implementation phases – apart from the permit obtained, the resident has already proceeded to the completion of a pile field and an administrative block is being erected. Furthermore, according to him, close contact has been established with representatives of OJSC Russian Railways in the Tula Region and Tula customs authorities.


Mr. Xiunsiye also said that Hao Xianxiun, the Vice President of Great Wall Motors, was going to visit the Tual Region in a short time. He plans to comprehensively familiarize himself with the implementation progress of the investment project.
