On the 22nd of September, Governor Sergei Morozov of the Ulyanovsk Region visited a facility owned by Martur and manufacturing car chairs. At the meeting, the investor said that the facility would be expended by launching a new line to manufacture chairs for the Renault Kaptur model.

"We have launched a new string recently to manufacture chairs for the Renault Kaptur model. Renault, our customer, has put this new car model on the market and we have proceeded to making chairs for it. The daily output is 200 chair units, but we know that the company intends to increase its order so we will grow jointly with our customers," Sinan Kosoglou, Martur's Production Director, said.

The facility proceeded to batch production in January 2016. The amount invested in the project totaled not less than RUB 450 million.

"Companies like Martur accelerate the social and economic development of our region. It is critical for us to turn into a robust region capable of manufacturing high quality and pricing policy compliant spare parts and components for our cars. It is important that the best companies of the world come here offering not only high quality products but also featuring appropriate corporate culture and employee oriented social policies," Mr. Morozov emphasized.

In the course of the meeting, the Regional Governor discussed with the company's management the potential employment of young specialists by the facility. The company has already employed several tens of the graduates of Ulyanovsk universities and is currently planning to embark on trainings focusing on the students of school, secondary and higher educational institutions with post-training employment opportunities.
