What is meant here is that potential investments are going to be made by Kangwon Land, a major South Korean gambling operator, into Primorye Integrated Entertainment Resort Area (Primorye Territory). The parties' strategic partnership would include the exchange of casinos' personnel, cooperation with travel agencies and arrangement of a cruise line to comprise chartered flights between Kangwon Land's casinos based in South Korea and Tigre de Cristal, a Primorye-based casino, with the relevant Agreement having been signed by Summit Ascent Holdings Limited (a member of G1 Entertainment, the owner of Tigre de Cristal, a Russia-based large casino) on behalf of the Primorye Territory and Kangwon Land, a South Korean gambling operator ranking among the largest operators in terms of profits, on behalf of South Korea. The company is simultaneously the operator of High1 Resort (South Korea's the only integrated resort thanks to which the residents of South Korea can gamble without breaching the country's law). According to the Press Office of the Regional Government, the strategic partnership between the parties will include the exchange of casinos' personnel, cooperation with travel agencies and arrangement of the above mentioned cruise line between Kangwon Land and Tigre de Cristal.
