Czech PPF Group to develop remaining portion of Sibzavod

At a meeting of the Architectural Council of the Russian Union of Architects, an Omsk Regional Organization, local architects have discussed a sketch design showing the potential development of land plots located at the Kemerovskaya and Krasny Put Streets. This area is currently occupied by Sibzavod's shops. However, all production tools have been removed from the site and PPF, a Czech group, as the site's owner is considering development plans for it. In Russia, PPF also owns Eldorado stores, a retail chain selling home electronics, Home Credit Bank and insurance companies. However, the group decided to approve itself as a dealer in Omsk. LLC Proektcity acts as the general designer being in charge of the site and the sketch design was presented by Omsk Architect Olga Skachilova. The construction process is likely to be carried out using the company's own funds and possibly with local Omsk based construction companies acting as contractors.
