The Chinese delegation that arrived at Khakasia today also participated in the meeting.
"The Republic, Sinosteel and Check Su make joint efforts to promote a black-iron ore deposit development project. The opening of a processing facility in Tium village is among further goals. This is about the most advanced and environmentally sound technologies our company actually possesses", Viktor Zimin emphasized. "At the same time, metallurgy is of special interest for Khakasia. The positions of our non-ferrous metallurgy are traditionally strong. The Republic features Russia's best aluminum and foil production plants. The Region's potential relating to ferrous metallurgy is yet to be unlocked".
