Yekaterina, a Lipetsk-based garment manufacture, has executed a cooperation agreement with Katrin Bukerel, a Paris fashion designer. To make joint collections, the parties intend to create a new shop and additional 20 jobs and to participate in the government import substitution programme.

Yekaterina, a Lipetsk-based garment manufacture, has executed a cooperation agreement with Katrin Bukerel, a Paris fashion designer. To make joint collections, the parties intend to create a new shop and additional 20 jobs and to participate in the government import substitution programme.


It is reported that the French company made a decision to cooperate with the Lipetsk manufacture after Katrin Bukerel and Elena Semenova, a Lipetsk designer, worked jointly on the 'Cheese and Bordeaux' womens clothing collection and a collection of special clothing designed for cheese makers. According to CEO of LLC Yekaterina Alexandra Lapchenko, now cooperation will be continue permanently as Lipetsk seamers will start tailoring under the supervision of the French designer with due consideration of the Russian and French fashion. Yekaterina has been operating in the market for more than 15 years specializing in clothing for women sold under Moscow brands.
