An international amusement park may be created in Yaroslavl. It is going to be located near a local zoo. The prospects of this project were discussed on the 29th of May by Mikhail Krupin, a Deputy Chairman of the Yaroslavl Region's Government, and representatives of Shenzhen ÎÑÒ Vision INC (China) visiting Yaroslavl.

"This is about investments of up to $2 billion and the company's representatives came to look at sites and opportunities to implement the project, including transport options", Mr. Krupin explained.

The regional government believes that the project will allow increasing tourist flows, create new workplaces and improve the Region's tax potential.

The first phase of the negotiations regarding the park took place in September last year when a delegation of the Yaroslavl Region's government visited the PRC.
